A 24-year-old mechanic was killed while two other workers were injured when a container van they were using as barracks overturned after it was plowed by a dump truck in Carmona, Cavite.

The driver of the dump truck, Leonardo Sanggalan Jr., 24, a resident of Calevity st., Suñiga Farm, San Jose, Rodriguez, Rizal, will be charged.
In the report of P/Cpl. Rommel Samorin of Carmona Police Station, the incident occurred in Brgy. Mabuhay, Carmona, Cavite while Sanggalan was on his way to Biñan City in Laguna around 3:40 pm on Tuesday.
The suspect was allegedly driving a Shackman dump truck with license plate NFU 5807 when it lost control when it reached Brgy.
